Beat Interactive introduces NEWBEAT, a boy group with strong ’90s hip-hop influences and an innovative style that aims to take the K-pop scene by storm.

After years of success with A.C.E, South Korean agency Beat Interactive is ready to make another big move in the industry with the debut of its highly anticipated boy group, NEWBEAT. With an innovative concept and a sound that blends the essence of ’90s hip-hop with a contemporary twist, the group seeks to establish itself as K-pop’s next big sensation.

Since their public introduction, NEWBEAT has generated excitement with well-planned strategies. The seven members—Minseok Park, Minsung Hong, Yeoyeojeong Jeon (former member of TO1), Seohyun Choi, Taeyang Kim, Yunhu Jo, and Riwoo Kim—were gradually introduced, appearing as dancers in A.C.E’s My Girl music video and accompanying the group on their recent North American tour.

To build momentum ahead of their official debut, they released the single JeLLo (Sleepers) and are set to premiere HICCUPS on March 12. With a fresh aesthetic and a nostalgic yet cutting-edge sound, NEWBEAT has all the elements to attract fans of groups like NCT 127 and MONSTA X. The industry is ready for their arrival, and they are ready to make their mark.
