Interparfums SA has signed a licence agreement with Off-White to develop luxury fragrances and cosmetics, marking a new chapter for the brand.
Interparfums SA has announced the signing of a licence to create fragrances and cosmetics under the Off-White brand, the iconic fashion label founded by Virgil Abloh. The agreement, which will come into effect on 31 December 2025, marks a significant step in Off-White’s expansion into the luxury beauty sector.
Philippe Benacin, President and CEO of Interparfums SA, highlighted Off-White’s uniqueness in blending streetwear with luxury, a combination that has captured global attention. “This is an incredible opportunity to explore new avenues in the luxury fragrance market,” said Benacin, also referring to Abloh’s creative legacy, who passed away in 2021.
The Off-White brand has been recognised for its deconstructed aesthetic, using contrasting materials and functional details, which has established a strong connection with urban culture and art. With the sale of Off-White by LVMH to Bluestar Alliance in September 2023, this agreement with Interparfums opens new possibilities in the luxury fragrance arena.
Interparfums SA, responsible for fragrances from renowned brands such as Lacoste, Jimmy Choo, and Karl Lagerfeld, continues to strengthen its position as a key player in the global luxury fragrance industry.
