At the recent Paris Fashion Week, the historic Pierre Cardin brand, under the creative direction of Rodrigo Basilicati Cardin, the founder’s great-nephew, unveiled its Fall 2025 collection. The runway was filled with designs that paid homage to the brand’s futuristic legacy, featuring planet-inspired dresses and innovative silhouettes.
The collection showcased a colour palette that evoked the cosmos, with metallic and neutral tones, accented by vibrant details that added dynamism to the garments. Innovative textures and materials were incorporated into the creations, highlighting the brand’s ability to blend tradition with modernity.
A wide variety of silhouettes also appeared in this collection, ranging from bolder, voluminous looks with rounded, sinuous shapes that evoke various space elements, to more straightforward and classic-cut dresses. Capes in various lengths and futuristic-inspired sunglasses stood out.
