Prada marks the Year of the Snake 2025 with a campaign that blends elegance, community, and Chinese cultural tradition.
Welcoming the Lunar New Year 2025, Prada honours the Year of the Snake by reimagining the graceful curves of this emblem of Chinese culture. Under the title ‘We, The Snake’, the campaign features a human chain that evokes the sinuous form of the snake, highlighting the values of community and connection.

Photographed by Oliver Hadlee Pearch and creatively directed by Ferdinando Verderi, the campaign includes ambassadors such as Jia Ling, Li Xian, and Yang Shuyu, alongside artists and models. Prada redefines the snake, often seen as a symbol of individualism, as an emblem of unity and collaboration.
The Prada logo transforms into a winding rope that becomes a snake, accompanying the launch of an exclusive collection. Key pieces include leather handbags with golden details, pleated skirts, and relaxed menswear designs in shades of green.

In addition, the brand debuts the podcast ‘Speaking of the Snake’, hosted by Violet Wang, exploring the snake in artistic and cultural contexts. With episodes available from 6 January, Prada reinforces its commitment to innovation and the celebration of tradition.
