The relationship between Kendall Jenner and Jacob Elordi appears to be progressing well, but both are choosing to take things slowly. Although the actor is spending much of his time at the model’s Los Angeles home, the couple are not yet believed to be planning to officially live together or looking for a property to share.
According to a source who spoke to Page Six, Elordi temporarily moved in with Kendall after leaving the house he had been renting in the Hollywood Hills. The owners decided to sell the property last June, prompting the actor to begin looking for a home of his own to buy.
“Things are going really well between them, but they’re not rushing into anything that serious,” a source close to the couple said.
Kendall has even accompanied the Euphoria star on several property viewings, something that has fuelled speculation about a possible move together. However, the reality is reportedly far less definitive: Jacob is looking for a home for himself, with Kendall simply helping him through the process.

The 29-year-old actor does not appear to be in any particular rush to complete a purchase. As he is frequently staying at Jenner’s home while searching for the right property, he has time to consider his options without having to make an immediate decision.
The situation nevertheless reflects the level of trust that currently exists between them. What began as a friendship within shared social circles has developed into a relationship that has gradually become more public over the past few months.
In August, Kendall and Jacob were photographed holding hands for the first time after a dinner in London, a gesture that appeared to confirm a closeness they had previously kept far more discreet.

The relationship is believed to have begun earlier this year, although Kendall reportedly had some initial reservations precisely because the pair had known each other for some time and shared mutual friends.
As the months have passed, Elordi is said to have fitted particularly well into both her close circle and her family. Sources close to the model have even claimed that Kendall considers him “husband material” and that, for the first time in a long while, she is seriously considering the possibility of building something lasting.
The entrepreneur has previously been in relationships with Devin Booker, Bad Bunny and Harry Styles, while Elordi has previously been romantically linked to Olivia Jade and Kaia Gerber.
For now, however, the next step will not involve sharing a property deed or a permanent address. Jacob may regularly be staying at Kendall’s home, but he is still looking for a place of his own in Los Angeles as the pair allow their relationship to progress at its own pace.
