Stüssy and Denim Tears reunite for a collaboration featuring co-branded pieces, blending African American patterns with Stüssy’s iconic aesthetic.

The upcoming collaboration between Stüssy and Denim Tears is set to be a major success. The two brands are coming together to launch a new clothing collection for the upcoming season. Dion Lewis, a Stüssy insider, shared a selection of pieces from the new collection on his Instagram, giving a sneak peek of what’s to come.

The collaboration between Tremaine Emory’s brand and Stüssy includes several co-branded items, such as the classic cotton wreath pattern that forms the Stüssy logo. This graphic is printed all over a pair of khaki chinos, while other teased items include a brown collared shirt featuring the words ‘Jamaican High’ on the front. Also seen are a t-shirt with both brands’ logos, a belt, and what appears to be a camo-patterned messenger or duffle bag.

While the exact release date has yet to be confirmed, this collaboration is expected to combine Denim Tears’ love for patterns, colours, and text referencing African American heritage with Stüssy’s unmistakable aesthetic. The duo previously teamed up in 2022, when Denim Tears opened its ‘African Diaspora Goods’ store in the former Stüssy location on Spring Street, New York.
