Suki Waterhouse and Poppy Jamie have launched ‘With Gratitude’, an app for friends to share daily gratitude lists and strengthen their bonds.

Actress and singer Suki Waterhouse and her best friend, entrepreneur Poppy Jamie, have released With Gratitude, a new app that allows groups of friends to share daily lists of things they are grateful for. According to the Mayo Clinic, the practice of gratitude can improve both mental and physical health by releasing hormones like oxytocin.

The idea stemmed from their own friendship. “We’ve been supporting each other for a decade,” Waterhouse said. “I needed a ritual in my life, something that helped me feel connected to my friends.” So, they began sending each other daily lists of positive things, a habit they later wanted to share with more people.

Jamie explained that she was surprised by the consistency with which they maintained this practice. “Even five good things from the day take less than a minute to write down,” she pointed out. “And by doing it with friends, you become more committed.”

The app allows users to create private circles and share gratitude lists, strengthening the bonds between friends and family. “Sometimes you have a bad day and struggle to find something positive,” said Waterhouse. “But seeing what your friends are grateful for changes your perspective.”
