LuisaViaRoma and British Vogue hosted the “Runway Icons” event, and in tribute to designer Vivienne Westwood, the runway showcased archive silhouettes and the debut of a special capsule collection designed exclusively for LuisaViaRoma.

We saw incredible looks from Vivienne Westwood‘s Autumn/Winter 2006/07 Gold Label archive collection titled “Innocente.” There was also an architectural corset dress in silk taffeta with a wide hood and a saddlebag underskirt.

Stella Maxwell walked the runway in the exclusive Vivienne Westwood capsule collection, featuring pieces inspired by Vivienne Westwood’s archive. The look included the iconic “Sunday” corset, the “Meghan” kilt, “Elevated Ghillie” platforms, and a “Mini Yasmine” bag handmade from surplus archive tartan fabric. The look was adorned with a tulle cape and crystal pendant earrings from Andreas Kronthaler for Vivienne Westwood’s Autumn/Winter 2023/24 collection.

Finally, from Vivienne Westwood’s archives, Lea T wore a grand sculptural dress with a corseted train and stole in shifting silk tartans. The bespoke look, handmade in the London atelier, combines Vivienne Westwood’s distinct cutting techniques from historical and experimental patterns. The dress was paired with a classic pearl choker and tartan “Elevated Ghillie” platforms, which will appear in the upcoming exclusive collection.

The exclusive capsule collection will be available through the LuisaViaRoma website, as well as in Vivienne Westwood flagship boutiques in the UK, Milan, Paris, New York, Los Angeles, and on the official website.
