French jewellery house Dinh Van has appointed Aimee Lou Wood as its first-ever global ambassador, marking a bold step in its international expansion through an artistic and modern campaign.
The French maison has chosen the British actress — best known for her roles in ‘Sex Education’ and ‘The White Lotus’ — to front a campaign photographed by Julien Vallon and accompanied by a short film directed by Eva Vik, featuring a surreal aesthetic inspired by Alice in Wonderland.
According to Astrid de Montlivault, CEO of the brand, the choice of Wood stems from her “magnetic presence and rare sincerity that captivates without artifice” — qualities that reflect the purity and essential design of Dinh Van’s creations. She added: “Aimee embodies a generation that is free, authentic and self-assured”, values the house seeks to project on a global scale.
Since her theatre debut in 2016, Aimee Lou Wood has become one of the most promising figures on the British acting scene. Her performance in ‘Sex Education’ earned her a BAFTA Award, while her role in the third season of ‘The White Lotus’ cemented her international recognition alongside Jason Isaacs, Parker Posey, and Lalisa Manobal (Lisa from BLACKPINK).
Recently the actress has fronted campaigns for Burberry and Versace, and is now preparing to portray Pattie Boyd in the highly anticipated production directed by Sam Mendes, ‘The Beatles: A Four-Film Cinematic Event’, slated for release in 2028.
With this collaboration, Dinh Van strengthens its identity as a “sculptor jeweller” on its 60th anniversary and reaffirms its global ambitions, particularly in the United States, where it already operates over 40 points of sale across cities such as New York, Los Angeles, Miami, and Texas.
For de Montlivault, this partnership marks a new chapter: “We want to see how the market reacts to this first campaign, especially among our audiences in the UK and the United States.”
