Netflix and Formula 1 have officially unveiled the trailer for ‘Season 8’ of ‘Formula 1: Drive to Survive’, previewing what promises to be one of the most intense chapters in recent championship history. Set to premiere on 27 February, the new instalment dives into the 2025 season, defined by a rare three-way battle for the World Championship between Max Verstappen, Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri.
The footage makes clear that the storyline no longer revolves solely around Red Bull’s dominance. McLaren’s resurgence as a genuine title contender reshapes the balance of power in the paddock, while the psychological pressure between the three frontrunners becomes a central theme. The series promises unprecedented access to internal tensions, strategic decisions and rivalries that shaped the campaign.
