Karol G stars in Reebok’s new campaign with an orange version of the legendary Freestyle Hi inspired by her ‘Tropicoqueta’ universe.
Karol G continues to strengthen her relationship with fashion as she once again takes centre stage for Reebok. The Colombian artist introduces a new version of the Freestyle Hi, one of the sportswear brand’s most historic silhouettes, now completely transformed in a vibrant shade of orange with ivory detailing.
The launch forms part of “Born Classic. Worn for Life.”, the campaign through which Reebok is once again turning the spotlight on some of its most recognisable designs. For this latest release, the brand has once again enlisted Karol G, an eight-time Latin GRAMMY and GRAMMY winner and a longstanding collaborator of the label.

The colour choice is no coincidence. The new trainers connect directly with the visual world of Tropicoqueta, Karol G’s creative era defined by warm tones, tropical references and an especially vibrant palette. Orange therefore becomes the defining element of a pair of trainers designed to stand out without losing the retro character of the original model.
The Reebok Freestyle Hi retains its distinctive high-top silhouette, but this time it is covered in a striking orange shade contrasted with a series of ivory details. The traditional Velcro straps around the ankle remain one of the design’s most recognisable features, while two-tone laces introduce another layer of visual contrast.
The collaboration feels particularly significant given the history of the Freestyle. Its distinctly 1980s aesthetic has allowed the model to endure across different generations and trends, moving from the world of sport into the everyday wardrobe. Reebok is now revisiting that heritage through a more contemporary perspective, connecting it with the universe of one of the most internationally recognised Latin artists.
The campaign starring Karol G also revolves around ideas of connection, community and self-expression, reinforcing the idea that a classic can be transformed depending on who wears it.
