Kim Kardashian, Rosé, Anya Taylor-Joy and Nicole Kidman joined Hollywood’s biggest names at the 2026 LACMA Art+Film Gala, celebrating art, cinema and fashion.
Los Angeles once again became the centre of Hollywood glamour on Saturday, 7 November, as the 2026 LACMA Art+Film Gala brought together some of the biggest names in entertainment, fashion and contemporary art. The prestigious annual celebration welcomed an impressive guest list, with Kim Kardashian, Rosé, Anya Taylor-Joy, Andrew Garfield and Nicole Kidman among the stars attending one of the city’s most anticipated cultural events.
Now in its 15th edition, the gala continues to strengthen the relationship between cinema and the visual arts, bringing together influential figures from across the creative industries. Beyond its celebrity appeal, the evening serves an important philanthropic purpose, raising funds to support the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) and its commitment to artistic innovation.
The event helps finance exhibitions, acquisitions, educational initiatives and film screenings, while supporting the museum’s ambition to give cinema a more prominent place within its curatorial programme. Over the years, the celebration has established itself as a meeting point for Hollywood, the international art world and luxury fashion.
This year’s ceremony honoured two remarkable creative figures: Vija Celmins and Denis Villeneuve. Celmins, widely regarded as one of the most respected artists of her generation, is celebrated for her extraordinarily detailed works exploring the beauty, mystery and complexity of the natural world.
Meanwhile, Denis Villeneuve, the acclaimed filmmaker behind the ‘Dune’ franchise, received recognition for his distinctive cinematic vision. His ability to combine visually ambitious storytelling with thought-provoking narratives has established him as one of contemporary cinema’s most influential directors.
Adding a musical dimension to the evening, BLACKPINK star Rosé took to the stage for a special performance, bringing her international pop appeal to an event traditionally associated with the worlds of film and fine art.
