Ariana Grande has left her fans excited with the release of a new short film titled Brighter Days Ahead, which accompanies the deluxe version of her successful album Eternal Sunshine. The singer, who is currently enjoying a break from her role in the musical Wicked, has surprised her fans with this visual project, which was announced on March 12 through Instagram.
The short film, creatively directed by Christian Breslauer, who has worked with artists like BLACKPINK, explores the pain of heartbreak and the healing process, themes also addressed in her album. In the movie poster, Ariana can be seen emerging from the rubble, symbolising the overcoming of emotional difficulties.
The album Eternal Sunshine references the 2004 film Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, in which two lovers undergo a procedure to erase the memories of their relationship. Through her songs, Grande has shared her own emotional journey, particularly related to her breakup with musician Mac Miller.
