Diesel and Timberland have teamed up for a sustainable collaboration, creating unique shirts from unsold stock to tackle the issue of overproduction.
The ‘Diesel Loves’ project returns for its second edition, featuring a partnership between Diesel and Timberland, two major fashion brands joining forces to address one of the industry’s most pressing problems: overproduction. This initiative stands out for its commitment to sustainability, focusing on creating products that encourage material reuse and conscious consumption.

The limited ‘Diesel Loves Timberland’ capsule collection merges Diesel’s denim essence with Timberland’s signature plaid flannel, offering six unique shirt designs. What makes this collection innovative is that all garments are crafted from unsold stock, giving a second life to materials that would otherwise have been discarded.

Glenn Martens, Diesel’s creative director, emphasized the importance of collective efforts to curb overconsumption, stating that even small actions can have a significant impact. Additionally, Maisie Willoughby, Timberland’s Chief Marketing Officer, highlighted the brand’s dedication to sustainability, using this project to showcase its ecological vision through creative and unique design.

The ‘Diesel Loves Timberland’ collection is available for purchase on both brands’ websites and in select stores.
