Dior has announced American artist 070 Shake as its new global ambassador, highlighting her authentic style and her influence on alternative music and experimental pop.
The house has confirmed 070 Shake, whose real name is Danielle Balbuena, as its latest global representative — a move that strengthens the brand’s commitment to authentic, disruptive voices within contemporary culture. The singer, songwriter and producer has become a key figure in today’s music scene thanks to a sound that blends rap, alt-pop and ambient textures, positioning her as one of the most influential artists of her generation.
The French maison emphasised that her creative personality and her unique approach to music align with the modern sensibility driven by Jonathan Anderson, the brand’s creative director. For Dior, she embodies an emotional elegance in constant motion — a quality the house considers essential in its recent collections.

Born in New Jersey to Dominican roots, 070 Shake first emerged with the musical collective 070 before signing with GOOD Music, Kanye West’s label. Her voice became instantly recognisable through standout collaborations on tracks like “Ghost Town” and “Violent Crimes” from the album “Ye”, as well as through work with artists such as Pusha T and Nas, which cemented her presence in the industry.
Since 2020, she has released three critically acclaimed projects: “Modus Vivendi”, “You Can’t Kill Me” and “Petrichor”, the latter dedicated to her partner and muse Lily-Rose Depp. Her collaboration with Raye on “Escapism” became a viral phenomenon, marking the biggest hit of her career and elevating her international profile. She is currently working on her fourth album, highly anticipated by both fans and critics.
With this new addition, Dior strengthens its roster of ambassadors with profiles representing different layers of global pop culture and fashion. In recent months, the brand has welcomed names such as Mikey Madison, Mia Goth, Greta Lee, along with Asian talents like Lingling Kwong and Orm Kornnaphat, reinforcing a strategy where creative diversity forms part of its identity.
