Dover Street Market Paris: A New Hub of Fashion and Creativity

Welcome to Dover Street Market Paris! Explore fashion, creativity, and cultural experiences in the heart of Marais district. Discover more!

May 24th, 2024 marks a pivotal date for fashion and creativity aficionados in Paris with the grand opening of Dover Street Market Paris. Nestled in the heart of Marais district at 35-37, rue des Francs-Bourgeois, this new destination occupies the third and fourth floors, along with one of the three basements of the Hôtel de Coulanges, a historical gem constructed between 1627 and 1634, once inhabited by the iconic Madame de Sevigné.

Spanning an impressive 1100 square meters, DSMP promises to be much more than a fashion emporium. Renowned designer Rei Kawakubo has infused her signature style into every corner of the space, including the inviting Rose Bakery café. Following Dover Street Market’s philosophy, no brand will have a dedicated space, fostering a sense of discovery for visitors.

“Dover Street Market Paris is not just another shop. It’s a building in which we hope to build and open a new pathway ahead, daring to tread in the unknown.”

Adrian Joffe, the visionary behind DSMP

But DSMP doesn’t stop at fashion. The basements and courtyard will host cultural events spanning art, literature, music, and community. From exhibitions to installations, the space aims to become a melting pot for creative minds from around the globe.

For its grand opening, DSMP presents the installation “Comme des Garcons for and by Paolo Roversi,” on display until June 27th. Additionally, basement BF-1 will feature an installation created by the talented Matty Bovan until June 6th.

With an exclusive selection of international and local brands, as well as unique special collections, Dover Street Market Paris promises to be a must-visit destination for those seeking innovative fashion and inspiring cultural experiences in the City of Light.
