Dua Lipa Becomes Global Makeup Ambassador for YSL Beauty, Introducing the New Loveshine Collection of Lipsticks and Glosses
Dua Lipa has just been named the new Global Makeup Ambassador for YSL Beauty and the face of the brand’s new Loveshine collection. The latest makeup release from the brand includes the Loveshine lipsticks, set to be available by the end of March, and the Loveshine Candy Glaze lip glosses, which are already available for purchase on the brand’s website.
This isn’t the first time the “Levitating” singer has collaborated with YSL. She previously fronted campaigns for the Libre fragrance, but this marks her first venture into beauty campaigns. “For me, fragrances and makeup are another form of personal expression, a way to explore my playfulness, creativity, and individuality,” the singer stated in a press release. “I’m excited to embark on this journey as part of the YSL Beauty family.”
To introduce this new partnership, the brand completely wiped its Instagram page before unveiling a series of videos and images featuring Lipa and the new lip products.
The Loveshine lipstick is a hybrid product infused with skincare properties, oils, and ingredients like fig extract aimed at keeping lips hydrated for up to 24 hours. YSL’s Candy Glaze lip glosses are jelly-like versions infused with hyaluronic acid and pomegranate extract to achieve the effect of fuller, plumper lips.
