LVMH strengthens its leadership in fashion with new CEOs for Fendi and Kenzo, both promoted from Louis Vuitton.
LVMH has appointed two new chief executives for its fashion houses Fendi and Kenzo, both rising through the ranks at Louis Vuitton. Ramon Ros will take over leadership at Fendi from 1 July, while Charlotte Coupé will assume the role at Kenzo on 1 May. Both appointments reflect LVMH’s strategy of nurturing executive talent from within the company.

Ros, who previously headed Louis Vuitton in mainland China, brings extensive retail experience and a proven track record of success in the Asian market. He takes the helm at Fendi in its centenary year and during a design team transition following Kim Jones’s departure. He succeeds Pierre-Emmanuel Angeloglou, who becomes Deputy CEO of Dior Couture.

At Kenzo, Coupé replaces Sylvain Blanc and is expected to consolidate the brand’s recent creative momentum under the direction of Nigo. Her experience working with star collaborators like Pharrell Williams is seen as key to continuing the house’s modernisation.
Ros will be succeeded in China by Daniel DiCicco, a retail veteran from Apple, who will begin on 28 April. These strategic appointments reflect LVMH’s ongoing focus on internal development and global expansion—especially in Asia—while reinforcing the group’s commitment to innovation and talent-driven leadership.
