Lionsgate has unveiled the first images of Hurry Up Tomorrow, the psychological thriller starring The Weeknd, Jenna Ortega, and Barry Keoghan.
The highly anticipated film, directed by Trey Edward Shults, also features a screenplay co-written by The Weeknd alongside Shults and Reza Fahim.

The movie serves as a cinematic extension of the artist’s latest studio album, exploring a dark and enigmatic story. The official synopsis describes the plot as the tale of a musician plagued by insomnia who is drawn into a disturbing odyssey by a mysterious stranger, who gradually begins to dismantle his reality.

The images depict a tense and stylised atmosphere, with cinematography that promises to immerse audiences in a psychological journey filled with mystery. In addition to starring in and co-writing the film, The Weeknd also serves as a producer alongside Fahim, Kevin Turen, and Harrison Kreiss.

With a stellar cast and a highly talented creative team, Hurry Up Tomorrow is shaping up to be one of the most intriguing films of the year. Its cinema release is scheduled for 16 May.
