Hed Mayner Redefines Men’s Fashion for Spring/Summer 2025, Merging Boldness and Drama with Innovative Textiles and Striking Silhouettes

Hed Mayner goes against the grain for Spring/Summer 2025, elevating his signature men’s wear style with a more dramatic twist. The designer courageously challenged the status quo of Paris Fashion Week, venturing beyond his comfort zone and building upon the innovative concepts of last season.

Hed Mayner’s Spring/Summer 2025 collection leads with his distinctive bold and dramatized men’s fashion, yet it feels fresh due to renewed textiles, prints, and patterns. The show opened with orchestra-inspired instrumentals, filled with daring rhythms, as models strode down a slender wooden plank serving as the runway.

The line of 32 looks showcases Hed Mayner’s core design language with a fresh perspective. Collarless bomber jackets were perfectly inflated yet crafted from lightweight linens for summer. Leather shirts exaggerated the human form with striking contours, while buttoned vests revealed chiseled torsos underneath. Casual motorcycle vests were enhanced with triple belts, followed by pinstriped suits with broad shoulders and voluminous coats with rolled-up cuffs to display checkered linings.

Wrinkled fabrics evoked the feel of pre-loved garments in the multifaceted outerwear, accompanied by the designer’s oversized take on the Canadian tuxedo in denim. Pocketed vests maintained their shape with exposed foam padding, paired with elbow-length gloves borrowed from medical labs. Elsewhere, deconstructed peacoats were cut at the sleeves with arm openings in unconventional places. Hed Mayner revealed another collaboration with Reebok on the runway, extending to oversized red sports suits, training-inspired Blacktop sneakers, and BB4000s with exposed sponge cushioning.
