JENNIE of BLACKPINK unveils her Frankies Bikinis collection, redefining swim-to-street style for summer 2026

JENNIE of BLACKPINK has announced her new collaboration with Frankies Bikinis, further cementing her position as one of the most influential figures at the intersection of music and fashion. Developed under her creative direction, the collection blends the laid-back Californian aesthetic of the brand with the artist’s personal vision. The result is a swimwear and apparel line designed to move beyond traditional beachwear.

At the core of the concept is the idea of “swim-to-street”, a reinterpretation of the bikini as a versatile garment that can seamlessly transition into everyday outfits. Tops, coordinated sets and lightweight pieces are designed to function both at the beach and in urban settings, responding to the growing demand for functionality and adaptability in contemporary fashion.

According to JENNIE, the inspiration comes from personal moments: “I wanted the pieces to reflect the kind of summer moments I love — simple, a little playful and easy to wear anywhere.” This vision translates into clean silhouettes, comfortable fabrics and an accessible aesthetic that feels both effortless and intentional.

The campaign, photographed by Alessio Albi in Hawaii, reinforces this narrative through a bright and natural visual identity that aligns with the collection’s DNA. The creative direction leans into simplicity and authenticity, moving away from overly constructed imagery in favour of something more organic.

From the brand’s perspective, founder Francesca Aiello highlighted the strategic nature of the partnership: “Working with JENNIE has felt like a natural evolution. She is a figure who has helped define contemporary culture on a global scale.”

The JENNIE x Frankies Bikinis collection will be available from 2 April at 9 a.m. PT via the brand’s official website and selected international retailers, positioning itself as one of the key fashion launches of summer 2026.
