Jisoo returns as a solo artist with ‘AMORTAGE’, an EP that explores love in all its forms, marking a new career milestone.
After conquering the world with BLACKPINK, Jisoo continues to establish herself as a solo artist with the release of her debut EP, AMORTAGE. This new project, arriving on 14th February, delves into the many facets of love, from passion to heartbreak.
The title, a fusion of ‘amor’ and ‘montage’, reflects the EP’s concept: a collection of moments captured in music. Featuring four tracks, including the lead single earthquake, Jisoo showcases her artistic growth and ability to evoke deep emotions through her voice.
This release marks a significant milestone in her solo journey, as it is her first project under Warner Records, following her signing in January. Accompanying the EP is the music video for earthquake, directed by Christian Breslauer, which has already sent fans into a frenzy, with many calling it “the best Valentine’s gift”.
Speaking about the project, Jisoo shared: “I poured my heart into this and I can’t wait for you all to hear it. Thank you to BLINKs for your endless love and support.”
