Liam Neeson has sold his Manhattan penthouse for $10.3 million, just as he goes public with his new relationship with Pamela Anderson.

The Irish actor has closed a lucrative real estate deal amid a wave of headlines. He recently sold his exclusive Manhattan property overlooking Central Park, which he had shared for years with his late wife, Natasha Richardson.

The sale, officially recorded on Monday 4 August, has attracted considerable attention — not only due to the high value of the residence but also because it coincides with a new chapter in Neeson’s personal life: his blossoming romance with Pamela Anderson. As previously reported by Xmag, the couple met during the filming of ‘The Naked Gun’, recently released in cinemas, and have embarked on a discreet but passionate love story.

The sold penthouse is a combination of three residential units that Neeson and Richardson purchased back in 1999 for approximately $3.9 million. Boasting five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a private gym and wraparound windows, the home features an elegant and functional design, with access to an Equinox gym, swimming pool and basketball court. The building also offers 24-hour doorman service and premium amenities.

Sources close to the new couple claim Liam and Pamela are enjoying a connection rooted in simplicity, a shared love of nature and a lifestyle away from the spotlight — a calm and grounded relationship that appears to have inspired this new personal and financial chapter for the actor.
