Chanel launches the Coco Denim Makeup Collection with Lily-Rose Depp: seven denim-inspired products redefine contemporary luxury beauty.
Denim has dressed generations — now it defines a beauty statement. Chanel has unveiled its limited-edition Coco Denim Makeup Collection alongside brand ambassador Lily-Rose Depp, a seven-piece capsule that translates the iconic washes of classic jeans into the world of high-end beauty with an unexpectedly refined aesthetic.
For the campaign, the actress and model wore a full look created exclusively using the collection: double eyeliner, shimmering sky-blue eyeshadow, luminous lips and indigo nails. The result does not aim for youthful novelty, but rather a balance between freshness and elegance, reinterpreting the house’s heritage through a distinctly modern lens.

The capsule includes the Les 4 Ombres palette inspired by denim motifs, the deep blue Stylo Yeux Waterproof eyeliner, the intense blue Noir Allure mascara and an iridescent sky-toned Rouge Coco Flash. Completing the line are Le Vernis in denim blue, a soft blue illuminating powder and the iconic La Crème Main hand cream, presented in packaging reimagined within the same chromatic concept.
More than simply blue make-up, the collection reflects the nuanced shades of denim fabric — from light washes to deep indigo and subtly faded finishes. The face becomes an extension of the wardrobe, echoing Chanel’s longstanding philosophy where fashion and beauty exist within the same visual language.
Public demand confirms the impact. With prices ranging from €48 to €85, the collection began selling out within hours of its department store launch. At a time dominated by pared-back minimalism, the maison proposes an alternative: visible yet sophisticated make-up.
Rather than a fleeting trend, Coco Denim signals a shift. Chanel has not merely created a cosmetic line, but a visual narrative where luxury is expressed through texture and tone, transforming denim from fabric into attitude.
