Renowned superstar DJ and producer, Oliver Heldens, has collaborated with the queen of pop, Kylie Minogue, to create a spectacular single.
Oliver Heldens the famous Dutch DJ and producer, has just released a vibrant new track with Australian pop legend Kylie Minogue. Kylie Minogue titled “10 Out of 10”. This collaboration seems to be dedicated to his fans in the LGBTQ community just before Pride Month in June.
The song begins with soft jingles and an ethereal vocal riff from Kylie, which then segues into a sweet, sassy hook. The chorus features disco-style piano, spunky synthesizers that are characteristic of Heldens and a touch of euphoric xylophones that create an upbeat melody, promising sunny days, pool parties and endless summer fun.
The track also references queer culture with the sampling of the spoken mantra “10 Out of 10,” making a callback to the ballroom culture that has greatly influenced today’s LGBTQ cultures and subcultures.
