It seems that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were exiting an office building and were laughing and chatting with each other during the stroll.

Prince Harry, 38, and Meghan Markle, 41, looked incredibly happy together during their latest outing. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were photographed leaving an apparent office building not far from their home in Santa Barbara, California, on Friday, while holding hands. They appeared to be engaged in conversation and laughter as they sported casual yet stylish outfits.

Harry was wearing a green polo shirt, blue jeans with a black belt, and a baseball cap during their time under the pleasant weather. He also added sunglasses to his look for sun protection. Meghan wore a loose white long-sleeved blouse that she rolled up and tucked into brown shorts. She also had a cinnamon-colored belt, jewelry, a sun hat, and sunglasses, while her long hair was flowing.

“We can confirm that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have left Frogmore Cottage,” confirmed Michael Stevens, Keeper of the Privy Purse, on June 29. “We will not be commenting further on the details of these arrangements.” The couple’s representative previously confirmed that they were asked to vacate by order of Prince Charles, after reports suggested he might offer the cottage to his brother, Prince Andrew.

“We can confirm that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been asked to leave their residence at Frogmore Cottage,” the representative told Page Six in March. The late Queen Elizabeth II initially offered the cottage to Harry and Meghan as a wedding gift in 2018. After they left in 2020, it was reported that they had repaid the £2.4 million spent on renovating the building, and upon moving to the United States, they had reduced rent on the cottage.
