Tom Holland has launched his production company Billy17 alongside his brother Harry Holland and Will South, signing a promising collaboration deal with Sony Pictures.

British actor Tom Holland has taken a significant step in his career by founding his own production company, Billy17, with his brother Harry Holland and creative partner Will South. The company has secured a deal with Sony Pictures, ensuring a partnership that promises to bring major productions to audiences.

Billy17’s first project will be Burnt, a film with a screenplay by Oscar winner Rodney Rothman. While details about the plot remain under wraps, it is expected that Tom Holland will take on a leading role. Additionally, the company will work on an adaptation of Graeme Simsion’s novel The Rosie Project and another adaptation of The Winner by Teddy Wayne, in which Tom will also appear as an actor.

Tom Holland stated, “I’ve had a happy and successful relationship with Sony Pictures for nearly a decade, so they seemed like the perfect partner to launch our production company.” He added that his goal is to create entertaining and rewatchable films.

Meanwhile, Tom Rothman, Chairman of Sony Pictures, celebrated this new chapter, highlighting the enthusiasm of the Holland brothers and their team in bringing their ideas to the big screen.
