The Zara Larsson swimwear line marks a new chapter for MAIN ROSE, blending Y2K aesthetics with confident, summer-ready design.

Zara Larsson continues to expand her creative universe with the launch of her first swimwear collection under her brand MAIN ROSE. Known for her stage presence, distinctive style and a strong connection to Y2K fashion, the artist now translates that identity into a capsule designed for summer as both a season and a mindset.

For Larsson, this release is more than a product drop. It represents an evolution of her brand and personal aesthetic. “It felt like a natural next chapter for MAIN ROSE. This season is so inspiring to me, I would even consider it part of my identity,” she explains. That perspective is evident throughout the collection, which reflects her signature blend of boldness and ease.

The MAIN ROSE swimwear range is built around expressive silhouettes and statement textures. Animal prints such as leopard and snake take centre stage, while a palette of citrus tones and vibrant pinks reinforces the collection’s energetic mood. The designs focus on movement and confidence, featuring scoop-neck tops, tie-side bottoms and Brazilian cuts that emphasise form without compromising comfort.

One of the standout pieces is a high-cut one-piece swimsuit inspired by iconic 90s beachwear, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens. Sculpted lines and subtle hardware details elevate the designs, positioning the collection within a premium yet accessible space.

The campaign, photographed by Charlotte Rutherford in Miami, adds a cinematic dimension to the launch. Set between sunlit waters and surreal underwater scenes, the visuals follow Larsson as she transitions between reality and dreamlike imagery. This approach reinforces the immersive quality of the collection, aligning fashion with narrative.
