Hearts2Hearts debuts with ‘The Chase’, a burst of talent and dreamy sound, marking the beginning of an unforgettable K-pop era.
SM Entertainment, the powerhouse of K-pop behind Red Velvet and Aespa, presents its new female group: Hearts2Hearts. With eight talented members (JIWOO, CARMEN, YUHA, STELLA, JUUN, A-NA, IAN, and YE-ON), the group makes its debut today with their first single ‘The Chase’, an intriguing offering that promises to mark the start of an exciting year for these rising stars.
‘The Chase’ was co-written by the award-winning R&B trio FLO, BRIT Award winners, alongside renowned composer KENZIE, known for hits with Girls’ Generation, SHINee, NCT, and aespa. With a dreamy and mysterious sound, the song conveys a confident message about forging your own path, immersing listeners in the unique universe of Hearts2Hearts.
The debut is completed with the b-side ‘Butterflies’, a mid-tempo R&B track that blends rich bass lines, guitar melodies, and warm vocal harmonies. The lyrics deliver a message of unity and courage, highlighting the importance of mutual support.
On 28 June, Hearts2Hearts will make their UK debut at SMTOWN LIVE in London, sharing the stage with iconic label artists. Keep an eye out for tickets, available on 27 February!
