Amber Heard, Brandon Flynn and Lío Mehiel headline the unmissable 2025 Williamstown Theatre Festival, featuring groundbreaking theatre, dance and opera.

Set to be one of the most anticipated cultural events of the summer in the United States, the 2025 Williamstown Theatre Festival brings together an outstanding ensemble led by Amber Heard (Aquaman), Brandon Flynn (13 Reasons Why), and Lío Mehiel (Mutt) in ‘Spirit of the People’, a highly awaited new play by Jeremy O. Harris, directed by Katina Medina Mora.

Running from 17 July to 3 August in Massachusetts, this prestigious festival will showcase top-tier talent including Pamela Anderson, William Jackson Harper, Susan Sarandon and Kate Walsh in bold, original productions inspired by the world of Tennessee Williams.

Highlights include Camino Real, directed by Dustin Wills and starring Pamela Anderson, and Not About Nightingales, a powerful critique of the American prison system, directed by Robert O’Hara. The festival also features innovative offerings such as The Gig—a theatre-on-ice production with Olympic-level choreography—and reimagined operas like Vanessa, presented by Heartbeat Opera.

With over ten productions, world premieres, and a line-up featuring talent from Broadway, film and television, the 2025 Williamstown Theatre Festival promises an unforgettable experience for fans of cutting-edge contemporary theatre.
