Zendaya stars in Prada Paradoxe Sweet Chemistry, the new women’s fragrance combining blackcurrant, orange blossom and a creamy neroli milk accord.
Prada Beauty is expanding one of its most recognisable fragrance families with Paradoxe Sweet Chemistry, a new Eau de Parfum that explores a different interpretation of sweetness. To introduce the launch, the brand has once again turned to Zendaya, its global ambassador and the star of a campaign that reinforces her close relationship with the Prada universe.
The new creation marks an important step for Prada Paradoxe, the collection launched in 2022. Sweet Chemistry is introduced as the line’s first floral fruity fragrance, while maintaining the philosophy of a range built around contrasts and the many facets of the contemporary woman.

The composition was created by master perfumers Nadège Le Garlantezec, Shyamala Maisondieu and Antoine Maisondieu, who sought to move away from an excessively intense sweetness in favour of something more emotional, sophisticated and enveloping.
According to its creators, the formula plays with airy and milky textures, floral transparency and a comforting sense of roundness. The aim is to transform sweetness into an emotion rather than making it simply a question of intensity.
The olfactory experience opens with a blackcurrant syrup accord, delivering a fruity, vibrant and juicy first impression. At its heart is orange blossom absolute, which brings luminosity and a more delicate floral dimension to the composition.
Finally, the fragrance develops into a neroli milk accord, designed to create a creamy, soft sensation on the skin. This contrast between fruit, flowers and milky notes defines the personality of a perfume that aims to feel sweet without relying on traditional codes.
The bottle retains one of Prada Beauty’s most recognisable visual signatures. The Maison’s distinctive triangular silhouette once again takes centre stage, although this time it has been reimagined in purple, immediately distinguishing Sweet Chemistry from the other fragrances in the Paradoxe family.
The brand also retains the refillable format used throughout the rest of the collection. With this system, Prada aims to reduce waste while extending the lifespan of the original bottle.
