Camila Cabello has released the expanded edition titled ‘C,XOXO (Magic City Edition),’ featuring new tracks and a refreshed musical and visual approach.

The new edition of her album, released under the Polydor label, includes four new songs, among them ‘baby pink’ with Eem Triplin, as well as the singles ‘Come Show Me’ and ‘Can Friends Kiss?,’ which debuted live at Rock In Rio. It also features the intimate track ‘GODSPEED,’ offering a more personal side of the artist.

The original edition of ‘C,XOXO’ was praised by critics, with outlets like Vogue and Rolling Stone lauding its bold and mature sound. However, it did not achieve the expected commercial success. This new version, produced by El Guincho and Jasper Harris, delves into Cabello’s Miami roots, blending genres like reggaeton with the emotional elements that characterize her style.

The music video for ‘GODSPEED’ reflects the theme of personal renewal, with Cabello singing from the ocean, symbolizing growth and transformation. As she prepares to perform at the 2024 MTV VMAs, where she is nominated for Pop Artist of the Year, fans and critics are hoping this edition will boost the album’s artistic trajectory.

Additionally, Camila Cabello has addressed rumors of a supposed rivalry with Charli XCX, reaffirming the mutual admiration between the two artists.
