Casablanca’s Autumn/Winter 2025 collection, titled ‘Kaizen’, blends modernity, Japanese tradition, and urban subcultures, from corporate style to après-ski chic.
The Autumn/Winter 2025 collection by Casablanca, presented by Charaf Tajer at Paris Fashion Week, was inspired by the Japanese concept of continuous improvement, ‘Kaizen‘. Set against the backdrop of the Porte Tuileries gardens, the runway reflected a balance between the modern and the traditional, merging urban influences with the serenity of nature.

The show explored the rich Japanese tradition, continuing the brand’s fascination with East Asian cultures. Casablanca paid tribute to the 1980s Bōsōzoku motorcycle gangs with vibrant leather jackets and padded trousers, while tribal prints on the sweatpants added a retro aesthetic.

The collection also paid homage to Japanese corporate culture, showcasing perfectly cut suits in burgundy and black. Additionally, the runway took us to snowy landscapes, where après-ski looks and neon garments took centre stage, embodying a style that adapts to both modernity and contemporary leisure.

With ‘Kaizen’, Casablanca continues its cultural exploration, taking the audience on a journey where urban, corporate, and traditional elements merge in a truly unique proposal.
