Chiara Ferragni confirms the rumours: Fedez led a double life

The rapper had been unfaithful to the influencer even before their wedding.

After six years of marriage and months of speculation, Chiara Ferragni has officially confirmed that her ex-husband, rapper Fedez, had been unfaithful throughout their relationship. He maintained an extramarital affair with designer Angelica Montini over the course of their six-year marriage. The revelation was initially reported by Italian paparazzo Fabrizio Corona and has now been corroborated by Ferragni herself in a statement shared on her social media.

The entrepreneur posted a lengthy message detailing not only the infidelity but also the most challenging moments that shaped their relationship. “Over these months, I chose to remain silent to protect my family and myself. I have faced two major crises—one professional, where I will do everything in my power to prove my innocence, and one personal, which I can no longer keep quiet about,” Ferragni stated.

She went on to share how she had given everything to the relationship without hesitation, enduring situations she would never have tolerated in a friendship. “I loved without limits, even when I should have walked away. I downplayed the lack of respect, justified unacceptable behaviour, and sacrificed myself to protect the person by my side. I always saw myself as the strong one, the independent one, the one who had to fight for everyone,” she confessed.

For this reason, she explained, she never publicly addressed her crisis with Fedez. “I said nothing when I was left from one day to the next last February. Nor did I speak out when, just days before Christmas 2024, Federico called me to admit to the relationship he had maintained since 2017 and to confess that he had even considered calling off our wedding.”

The influencer also denied rumours that she had thrown Fedez out of their home, clarifying that her decision was based on the betrayal she had uncovered at the time. “It was never reported that I asked him to leave after discovering his infidelity, nor that he tried to shift the blame to avoid damage to his own image,” she asserted.

Ferragni recounted the emotional toll of discovering the extent of her ex-husband’s double life. “Finding out that, before our wedding, he had asked his lover for a sign to leave everything behind, or knowing that he was messaging her just before surgery while I was holding his hand, waiting for that nightmare to be over, is something too painful to process.”

Despite the heartbreak, Ferragni insists that her love for Fedez was real and that she does not regret having loved unconditionally. “I was never in an open relationship, but clearly, it was open… just for the other person, without my knowledge,” she concluded, delivering a clear and pointed message to her ex-husband.

Now, the entrepreneur is closing this chapter, finding solace in her family and those who have truly supported her. “I remained silent because I wanted to move forward and shield my children from this pain. But I can no longer stay quiet.”
