The Alexander McQueen Autumn 2023 campaign dazzles with iconic faces like Elle Fanning, Naomi Campbell, and Eva Green, merging historical and contemporary fashion in captivating imagery.

The latest Autumn 2023 campaign by Alexander McQueen has been unveiled, featuring an impressive lineup of celebrities and models in captivating imagery. The photoshoot was conducted by renowned fashion photographer David Sims, showcasing icons such as Naomi Campbell, Eva Green, Liu Wen, and newcomer Elle Fanning, among others.

The Autumn collection draws inspiration from the figure of Joan of Arc, reflected in its uniform designs and silver details. Solid background images allow the garments and accessories to take center stage. Naomi Campbell wears a red sequin dress in one shot and an elegant strapless jumpsuit in another, while Elle Fanning makes her debut in a tailored suit and an embroidered evening gown.

The brand’s Creative Director, Sarah Burton, described the collection as a play between classic tailoring and creative subversion, capturing the need for strength and elegance in chaotic times. Eva Green shines in bright striped suits, while Liu Wen sports a leather coat and a white shirt with a tie.

Two male looks also stand out in the campaign, merging bespoke elegance with feminine touches. The brand’s recently launched candle collection bears names like Ghost Flower, Pagan Rose, and Savage Bloom, reflecting contrasts such as light and darkness, innovation and tradition.

This year has been significant for Alexander McQueen, with Kate Middleton wearing the brand at the coronation of King Charles III, and Beyoncé donning McQueen outfits on her “Renaissance World Tour.” The collection captures the spirit of contemporary fashion with a historical twist, as McQueen continues to be a prominent name in the international fashion scene.
