After years of solo ventures, BLACKPINK are finally reuniting for a brand-new era. Here’s everything the members have shared about their long-awaited comeback.

Nearly two years after the end of the Born Pink tour, BLACKPINK are ready to take the stage together once again. The upcoming world tour kicks off on 5 July in Goyang, South Korea, marking the group’s first full-scale comeback since 2023. And while fans have been eagerly anticipating their return, the four members — LISA, JENNIE, ROSÉ and JISOO — have openly expressed their own excitement, growth and personal reflections during this transition.

In her Billboard cover story last November, LISA admitted she was “counting down the days” until she could reunite with the girls. “We know each other so well,” she said. “It’s like a family — we FaceTime, we text all the time. I’m so proud of what everyone has done.”

ROSÉ, in a revealing chat with Zane Lowe, said the time apart brought pressure as well as opportunity: “It was a gift to have this year, but I didn’t want to waste it. I questioned everything: ‘What if it doesn’t feel right?’”

JENNIE told Billboard in January that she expects the band to come back stronger than ever: “It’ll be the most powerful version of BLACKPINK people have ever seen. Everyone’s evolved.” Meanwhile, JISOO shared in February that they’ve been actively exchanging ideas: “We’ve all grown, and now we’re building something even more spectacular.”

In May 2025, LISA confirmed to Variety that they’ve been in the studio: “We’ve already started. We really miss the BLINKs and can’t wait to hit the road.” And ROSÉ, speaking to The Cut, promised: “We’ll be coming out with new music soon. There’s still work to be done — we’re not finished yet.”

With anticipation reaching fever pitch, BLACKPINK are set to return more creative, confident and connected than ever before.
