K-pop singer (J-Hope) and member of BTS shares the spotlight with the iconic Louis Vuitton Keepall bag.
In his first campaign for Louis Vuitton, K-pop singer J-Hope showcased his dancing prowess while sporting the iconic Keepall bag from the French luxury house.
The campaign, set to launch today across Vuitton’s digital and social channels, features J-Hope performing various moves with such fluidity that, according to the brand, “the bag becomes an extension of his ever-changing form.”
In the campaign, the South Korean rapper, singer, songwriter, and producer, who is also the main dancer of the boy band BTS, sports monochromatic and elegant looks, with the spotlight on his intricate choreography and the spacious weekend bag.
Designed in the 1930s, the Keepall has been a staple in Vuitton’s leather goods lineup and a coveted item for high-profile collaborations with artists such as Yayoi Kusama, Takashi Murakami, Supreme, and Stephen Sprouse.

J-Hope was named a Louis Vuitton ambassador in February of last year. BTS was named brand ambassadors in April 2021, a partnership that has since expired. With the band on hiatus, its members have been signing individual deals with fashion houses as they focus on solo projects and prepare to fulfill their mandatory military service.
Describing BTS as “21st-century pop icons,” the maison said last February that J-Hope “brings his unique charm and style to this exciting new chapter with the maison.”
A new Disney+ documentary, “J-Hope in the Box,” showcases the behind-the-scenes of his solo debut album, “Jack in the Box,” and his headline performance at last year’s Lollapalooza.

The influence of K-pop stars has been steadily growing, with many European fashion brands inviting them to their shows, often causing chaos, or hiring them as ambassadors.
