When your family includes multiple generations of supermodels, a simple beach day between mother and daughter ends up resembling a Victoria’s Secret runway show. This is exactly what happened on Monday, August 5th, when Kate Moss enjoyed the sea in Ibiza with her daughter and fellow model, Lila Moss.

The two were photographed during their vacation in Spain, taking a dip in the Mediterranean Sea. Looking like models even in their leisure time, Kate and Lila embodied elegant minimalism. Kate wore a strapless black swimsuit with a ruched waist and a twisted sweetheart neckline. Her daughter, on the other hand, opted for a simple chocolate brown string bikini.

As the stylish duo they are, Kate and Lila shared a Vogue cover last December. In the accompanying interview, Kate spoke about the “balance” in their relationship, telling the publication: “She is more carefree, while I am more organized. She is intuitive, I am disciplined,” a sentiment also reflected in their wardrobe choices.

Though both chose simple swimsuits, their styles couldn’t have been more different. Lila wore only hoops (a notably “carefree” choice), while Kate channeled a more polished “rich mom” aesthetic, with a diamond necklace and gold bangles. She completed her look with black sunglasses, a mix between cat-eye and wayfarer frames, a classic style modernized.

Although they are rarely seen together in public, it’s always a spectacle when they are side by side. Sometimes they can be spotted at London or Paris Fashion Week, always in the front row and impeccably dressed. They have even shared the runway, both walking in Fendi’s Haute Couture show in 2021. All of this is to say that the Mosses are a fashion force, even when off duty.
