Actress Kelly Rutherford and Belgian label The TwentyFour Six expand their collaboration with new limited-edition jewellery pieces.

An unexpected conversation in London has evolved into a creative partnership that continues to grow. Actress Kelly Rutherford, known for her elegance both on and off screen, has expanded her collaboration with Belgian jewellery brand The TwentyFour Six, founded by June Van Thillo, with a new series of exclusive designs that merge sculptural aesthetics with personal storytelling.

The story began at the iconic Chiltern Firehouse, where Rutherford, accompanied by her brother, interior designer and musician Anthony Giovanni Deane, struck up a conversation with a group seated nearby. One of them turned out to be Belgian media magnate Christian Van Thillo, father of the brand’s founder. Intrigued by his daughter’s project, Rutherford began following the label on social media and was immediately drawn to its concept: creating jewellery rooted in personal narratives shared with artists and creatives.

This approach aligned with something Rutherford had long wanted to explore — a creative collaboration with her brother. The result was a unisex sculptural pendant inspired by artistic references, everyday objects and family memories. The final piece, engraved with the phrase “Avec Amour”, carries a totemic quality, combining polished surfaces with textured edges designed to invite touch.

The first edition of 150 gold-plated brass pieces sold out quickly upon its release in 2025, paving the way for a new phase of the project. In February this year, the team introduced 18-carat gold diamond-set earrings, designed with a lightness Rutherford describes as “jewellery that feels like air”.

The collection will continue to expand in May with the launch of a sterling silver necklace and a bracelet, both crafted in Antwerp and produced exclusively in limited editions.

For Kelly Rutherford, this collaboration also marks a shift in her professional path. After decades focused on acting, she is exploring new creative directions. Among her upcoming projects is “Rose Première by Kelly Rutherford”, a fragrance developed with beauty expert Véronique Gabai, set to debut in a limited run of 2,000 bottles before joining the brand’s permanent collection.

She is also working on unexpected concepts, including a specialised dog shampoo inspired by high-end skincare formulas designed to treat skin conditions.

Beyond the products themselves, Rutherford emphasises that what truly drives her is the opportunity to collaborate with creative minds and explore new territories. In her view, every project should tell a story and hold genuine meaning for both its creators and those who wear it.
