The new Louis Vuitton menswear proposal reinterprets the legacy of the original 1854 trunk in a Fall Winter 2026 collection defined by structure, versatility and contemporary elegance.
Louis Vuitton expands its menswear narrative with the Fall Winter 2026 Men’s Trunk Edition, designed by its Men’s Creative Director, Pharrell Williams. Released on 5 February 2026, the collection takes the Maison’s iconic 1854 canvas trunk as its starting point, translating that travel-driven DNA into a transitional wardrobe that balances heritage and modernity.
The Men’s Trunk Edition presents a complete line conceived to move seamlessly from day to evening. The silhouette feels relaxed yet carries a restrained formality, where structure meets comfort. The colour palette remains grounded in sober, natural tones — beige, blue, brown and black — allowing materials and construction to take centre stage. Each garment features a leather-inspired label with embossed lettering, reinforcing the concept of continuity and permanence.
Tailoring forms the backbone of the collection. Suits crafted from silk canvas and breathable wool combine durability with refinement, while silk and cashmere blends introduce lightness. Unlined double-face wool and cashmere blazers highlight structural flexibility. The wardrobe extends into relaxed luxury with a velvety nubuck trucker jacket, a hooded blouse, a double-face cashmere sweatshirt and a cotton-silk denim set that merges workwear codes with elevated finishes.
Urban outerwear strengthens the collection’s practical dimension, including a silk-blend field jacket, a brushed cashmere coat and a water-repellent wool jacket. Cotton-silk chambray shirts and striped cashmere-silk twill enable contemporary layering, while a double-face cotton-silk crepe overshirt and trouser set introduces clean, modern lines.
The offering expands into luxury leather goods with the launch of LV Touch, a new line focused on discreet functionality. Crafted in grained calf leather with suede detailing, it includes the Steamer 30, Verso Hobo, Steamer Backpack and Delta Slingbag. Tonal suede front pockets with V-shaped stitching reference Gaston-Louis Vuitton’s emblem, while V-shaped carabiners add a functional accent. Black, tan and khaki reinforce the sense of timelessness.
Footwear completes the edition with three key designs: the LV Croisette loafer in waxed leather with a lightweight rubber sole and Monogram buckle; the LV Horizon slipper-style trainer featuring sacchetto construction for enhanced flexibility; and the LV Soft slip-on sneaker in supple suede with a memory foam insole.
With the Fall Winter 2026 Men’s Trunk Edition, Pharrell Williams revisits Louis Vuitton’s travel heritage and reframes it through a contemporary lens. The result is a cohesive wardrobe that prioritises craftsmanship, adaptability and measured elegance beyond seasonal trends.
