Following David Leitch’s departure as director, Gareth Edwards has taken over the helm with a screenplay by David Koepp. Johansson returns after her portrayal of Black Widow in the Marvel universe. Johansson, renowned for her acting versatility, has garnered two Oscar nominations for her roles in “Jojo Rabbit” and “Marriage Story”.
