Tyler Childers drops new album ‘Snipe Hunter’ and video for “Eatin’ Big Time”, plus announces London O2 Arena show.

Acclaimed singer-songwriter Tyler Childers has just released his highly anticipated new album Snipe Hunter, out now via Hickman Holler Records / RCA Records. The thirteen-track collection is already generating critical acclaim, with GQ calling it “the most visionary country album of the year” and “a masterpiece that bucks genre convention”.

To celebrate the release, Childers dropped the official music video for “Eatin’ Big Time”, the album’s opening track, directed by James Mackel (Doechii, A$AP Rocky). The video offers a raw, cinematic take on the album’s themes of survival, spiritual journey, and honouring roots while redefining them.

Produced by Rick Rubin, with additional work from Childers and Nick Sanborn (Sylvan Esso), and mixed by Shawn Everett, Snipe Hunter features standout tracks like “Nose on the Grindstone”, which recently marked the strongest radio week of Childers’ career, earning over 40 new adds at country radio. The project blends Appalachian storytelling with sonic experimentation, confirming Childers as “one of country music’s most compelling and unpredictable artists” (Associated Press).

The release coincides with Childers’ massive “On The Road Tour”, which includes sold-out stops across the US and a highly anticipated show at London’s O2 Arena on 15th November 2025. He’ll be joined by The Magic Numbers and Omni of Halos for the UK date, promising an unforgettable evening of genre-defying Americana.

With seven Grammy nominations and critically acclaimed albums such as Purgatory, Country Squire, and Rustin’ In The Rain, Childers continues to reshape the sound and soul of modern country music. Snipe Hunter is not just an album — it’s a landmark moment in his artistic evolution.
