Valentino’s new campaign celebrates the iconic status of its popular Rockstud accessories.

As part of Valentino’s Pre-Fall 2023 collection, the maison highlights its signature Rockstud accessories in the new campaign.

The Rockstud has always been an essential element in Valentino’s house throughout the years; a recognizable motif that reflects the maison’s preference for longevity and timeless elegance. Its distinctive stud design was first introduced ten years ago and is inspired by the striking metal details found in the Palazzo Romano. It embodies everything loved about the brand, with the studs exuding an aristo-punk attitude, channeling rebelliousness and a youthful spirit in Valentino’s timeless and elegant design language.

For their Pre-Fall 2023 collection, the maison sought to revitalize the distinctive motif with a new campaign and a more impactful slogan than ever before. The new campaign, titled “I mean… it’s Rockstud!”, expresses the passion and love for a specific fashion item that one simply cannot do without, featuring new Valentino Garavani accessories showcasing the maison’s distinctive motif. The collection includes two new footwear silhouettes and a new shoulder bag, all in the house’s best-selling colors. The first footwear is a relaunched variation of Valentino’s coveted Rockstud high-heeled shoes, slightly adjusted and offered in new shades of ivory and the characteristic PP pink.

In line with current trends of “balletcore” and “librarian-core,” the maison has also released a new style of Rockstud flat ballet pumps. These pumps are similar to their traditional counterparts, with the exception of eye-catching studs adorning the exterior, balancing style and comfort. Available in three color combinations and an alternate model with a strap that goes up to the calf, the design showcases Valentino’s impeccable ability to give classic elements a bold twist.

Of course, to complete the look, Valentino Garavani’s new Rockstud 23 bag boasts a sleek silhouette in flexible calf leather. Available in two sizes and a variety of color combinations, the square top handle is a brilliant example of the maison’s artistry and historical legacy.
