Acne Studios and Kappa collaborate on a 22-piece collection that combines sporting heritage with luxury design, drawing inspiration from retro football kits.
Swedish luxury brand Acne Studios takes a bold step into the football world by unveiling a collaboration with the historic sportswear label Kappa. This 22-piece collection merges Acne Studios’ avant-garde style with Kappa’s football legacy, the brand behind some of the sport’s most iconic jerseys.

Inspired by vintage kits, the collection features flame-printed football jerseys in Acne Studios’ signature pastel pink, light-wash denim trousers, and tracksuits with Kappa’s logo tape running down the legs. It also includes form-fitting tops reminiscent of players’ base layers and the Bolina bag, first introduced on the brand’s SS25 runway.

The campaign stars British musician Tricky, a pioneering figure in the trip-hop scene, whose involvement reflects the collaboration’s innovative spirit. Jonny Johansson, Acne Studios’ creative director, expressed his admiration for Tricky and the cultural impact of his work.
The Acne Studios x Kappa collection will be available online on 27 March and will reach Acne Studios’ physical stores on 3 April.
