Model Mona Tougaard leads Rabanne’s FW25 campaign, captured by Craig McDean in a play of powerful contrasts.

Rabanne has unveiled its new Autumn/Winter 2025 campaign with supermodel Mona Tougaard as its star, photographed by the iconic Craig McDean. Styling was by Marie Amélie Sauvé, with casting direction from Piergiorgio Del Moro and production by Endorphyn. Beauty comes courtesy of hairstylist Damien Boissinot and make-up artist Hiromi Ueda, while still life photography was created by Romain Laprade.

This season’s proposal delves into visual and emotional contradictions: strength and sensuality, protection and transparency, revelation and mystery. Creative director Julien Dossena shapes a collection that feels alive, where protective forms evolve into poetic gestures and silhouettes radiate with fluid dynamism.

Materials play a central role in this narrative. Coated cottons and structured wools reveal flashes of brilliance, while faux fur emerges from precise tailoring. Key pieces include a jacket trimmed with sequins, a pill-print satin suit, and skirts adorned with wild tufts of fur. Each garment channels energy in motion.

The colour palette heightens the contrasts: apricot, lilac, glass green, burgundy, deep blue, brown and black create a vibrant balance between warmth and coolness.

Silhouettes embody these tensions through layered textures and volumes. Metallic mesh pairs with lace beneath tinted plastic structures, while wool and leather dresses incorporate floating layers that add a reflective sheen. Long sheers subtly reveal the body, charged with emotional intensity.

Footwear further underlines this dual aesthetic: high military boots coexist with Mary Janes styled with shimmering socks, evoking a punk elegance that challenges classical codes.

With this campaign, Rabanne redefines the balance between the fierce and the ethereal, offering a sophisticated, provocative vision for the coming autumn.
