BOSS launches THE CHANGE, innovative sneakers made with sustainable HeiQ AeoniQ™ fiber, marking a step forward in eco-friendly fashion.
BOSS has introduced THE CHANGE sneakers, a milestone in sustainable fashion thanks to the incorporation of the revolutionary HeiQ AeoniQ™ fiber. This fiber, developed from cellulosic filaments, offers an eco-friendly alternative to petroleum-derived materials such as polyester and polyamide. This development is part of HUGO BOSS’s strategy to eliminate the use of these synthetic materials in its products by 2030.
THE CHANGE sneakers stand out for their durability, moisture control, and comfort, all while maintaining BOSS’s signature sleek style. Featuring a TINM EVO sole, they provide excellent support and cushioning. Their innovative design includes an upper made of 85% HeiQ AeoniQ™, along with laces and labels entirely made from this cellulosic fiber.
This launch follows BOSS’s 2023 initiative with its first limited collection of HeiQ AeoniQ™ garments, which included a polo, a trench coat, and a bomber jacket. THE CHANGE sneakers, available from July 24, 2024, at €250, reflect the brand’s commitment to a more sustainable and microplastic-free future.
